Academic Tutor
"When you stop chasing grades and begin to learn for learning's sake, your life will change forever!"
Writing research papers in the 21st century should be easier than it was "back in the day." While the internet has helped in some ways, it has also created distractions for students who can't tell good research from bad and who have a hard time staying on task to complete multi-step research papers. I will:
- Meet with clients and families to determine needs and develop a timeline to achieve success
- Tutor students (Grades 1 - college freshman): emphasis on reading comprehension, writing, and oral communication skills
- Work with students one on one to complete research papers from outline through works cited
Services
- Monologue and song selection
- Audition coaching
- College selection guidance
- College essay preparation/editing in all disciplines
- Portfolio preparation and presentation for designers, stage managers
- Arranging photographers, accompanists, studio space as needed
Director/Videographer
- Directing plays (directing tab for more details)
- Special events videography/editing (celebrations of life, weddings, anniversaries, retirements, etc.)
